This Chef inspired Kenny to take great quality coffee beans and cinnamon combined with the perfect blend of additonal spices. The combination is truly special. Chef Kenny especially loves the rub on Lamb and Salmon served with a Black Bean Mole and Tomatillo Pico de Gallo.
